Fossilized Futures, 2017

fossilized futures

frozen in earth, frozen alive

How many years will it take, for aluminum to die?

I play God again, I have resurrected their deaths

so that they may now exist in a new form, a different breath

Though I play this game, I am not the winner

As neither I, nor they, shall last

New identities are merely footprints

Fermentation of this moment

And even these impressions shall fade, crumble, or become lost

It is as much as an impression of them

as it is of I
